The complementary system for the AXIS series – wireless, fast, precise

The successful AXIS series for axle alignment of commercial vehicles was enhanced with the CMC4000 frame alignment system. An exact statement on the actual condition of the vehicle frame can therefore be established without a problem. The CMC4000 can be used to detect the lateral warpage (horizontal deviation), height difference (vertical deviation) and the torsion on the vehicle’s frame. The patented HAWEKA system is mobile and can therefore be easily used at any time or place.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• The frame scale can be quickly hooked on within the chassis – disassembly of various parts

  such as the tank, spare wheel and toolbox is not required

• Self-centering frame scale

• Recording of the measurement values is only done using a camera (part of the AXIS4000)

• Variable measurement points and wireless transfer of the measurement in the software

• Measuring grid can be selected individually (especially in the area of deformation)

Easy recording of measurement values:

the individual steps are explained on the monitor through simple and clear instructions. The measurement values are also graphically displayed immediately.

Clear menu structure:

the evaluated results can be retrieved based on the application with different information for the horizontal and vertical deviation or torsion.

Graphical representation in 2D and 3D:

one can easily and quickly switch between the two through the clear menu structure in the view options.
