3. How do I order the product(s)?

Send us your order by email to info(at) or by fax +49 5139-8996-222. Please fill out the tender/order for this. The form can be found on the Internet site under “What we have to offer you > service”. Your order will be processed promptly.

4. How do I make a complaint and how do I return the unsatisfactory products?

You can make your complaint about the products and return them by downloading the return note under the “What we have to offer you > forms” heading. Please fill out this form completely and return it to us with the merchandise. We will notify you promptly about the status of your complaint.

5. How do I purchase spare parts?
